AI COACHING TERMS

These AI Coaching Terms ("AI Terms") govern your use of the AI coaching features within the Maxximus platform, including The Initiation, AI coaching chat, Connection Files, and any other AI-powered features (collectively, "AI Coaching Services"), operated by MaxximusAI, Inc. ("Maxximus," "we," "us," or "our").

These AI Terms supplement and are incorporated into our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these AI Terms and the Terms of Service with respect to the AI Coaching Services, these AI Terms govern.

By using any AI Coaching Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these AI Terms.

1. WHAT THE AI COACHING SERVICE IS — AND IS NOT

Maxximus provides AI-powered coaching for personal development — including dating, masculine confidence, communication, and life direction. The AI coaching is designed to help men build self-awareness, develop social skills, and grow toward their best selves.

2. THE INITIATION

The Initiation is Maxximus's onboarding experience — a series of questions across multiple chapters designed to understand who you are, what you have been through, and what you are working toward. By completing The Initiation:

• You acknowledge that your responses will be used to personalize your AI coaching experience
• Your Initiation responses are stored as part of your account profile and coaching context
• You may update or delete your Initiation responses at any time through Settings > Account
• Initiation responses are subject to our Privacy Policy
• During The Initiation, you will be asked to consent to our Collective Intelligence data program — your participation is voluntary and you may opt out at any time

3. CONNECTION FILES

Connection Files allow you to upload information about women in your life — including profile screenshots, photos, and text conversation screenshots — to receive personalized coaching on how to connect, communicate, and build genuine relationships.

By using Connection Files, you agree that:

• You will only upload images and content that you have the legal right to share
• You will not upload images of minors under any circumstances
• Screenshots and photos you upload may include information about other people. You are solely responsible for having a legitimate personal reason before uploading someone else's content. Where possible, remove or redact names, phone numbers, addresses, and unrelated private information before uploading.
• You will use Connection File coaching for genuine personal development and relationship-building purposes only — not to manipulate, deceive, stalk, harass, or harm any person
• Photos and screenshots you upload are transmitted to our AI provider (xAI) to generate coaching responses, and are subject to our Privacy Policy
• You will not upload content that violates any third party's privacy rights, copyright, or applicable law

Maxximus coaching is designed to help you build authentic connections and become a better man — not to manipulate or exploit others. Misuse of Connection Files to facilitate harassment, stalking, or harm to any person is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.

4. AI TECHNOLOGY AND DATA PROCESSING

4.1 AI Provider

The AI coaching responses you receive are generated by Grok, a large language model developed by xAI. Your conversation content is transmitted to xAI for processing pursuant to xAI's published Data Processing Addendum (x.ai/legal/data-processing-addendum), which satisfies GDPR Article 28 requirements for EU/EEA users and includes Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers. xAI does not use API-submitted data to train its general models by default. xAI's privacy policy is available at x.ai/privacy.

4.2 Data Use for Improvement

By using the AI Coaching Services, you acknowledge that anonymized and aggregated data from coaching interactions may be used to improve Maxximus's coaching capabilities ("Collective Intelligence"). Your personal coaching conversations will NOT be used to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent. You may opt out of the Collective Intelligence program at any time by contacting privacy@maxximus.ai.

4.3 Session Continuity

Maxximus maintains context across your coaching sessions to provide personalized, consistent coaching. Your previous conversations, Initiation responses, and coaching history inform future responses. You may request deletion of your coaching history through Settings > Account > Delete Account or by contacting privacy@maxximus.ai.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE OF AI COACHING SERVICES

You agree to use the AI Coaching Services only for lawful personal development purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to manipulate, bypass, jailbreak, or override the AI system's guidelines or safety features
• Use the AI coaching to plan, facilitate, or execute harm toward any person
• Submit false context or fabricated scenarios to manipulate coaching responses for harmful purposes
• Use the AI coaching to generate content intended to harass, stalk, or harm any individual
• Share AI coaching responses publicly in a manner that misrepresents Maxximus or its capabilities
• Use the AI coaching in any way that violates applicable law

6. INDEMNIFICATION — AI COACHING SPECIFIC

In addition to the indemnification provisions in the Terms of Service, you specifically agree to indemnify and hold harmless MaxximusAI, Inc., xAI, and all vendors and service providers associated with the AI Coaching Services from any and all claims, demands, suits, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from: your choice to use and act upon AI coaching responses; any adverse results, whether known or unknown, that you experience or cause others to experience as a result of your use of the AI Coaching Services; your violation of these AI Terms, including misuse of Connection Files; or any claim by a third party arising from your use of AI coaching guidance in your interactions with them.

These AI Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes relating to these AI Terms are subject to the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions in the Terms of Service, including the California and EU/EEA carve-outs stated therein.

10. CHANGES TO AI COACHING TERMS

We may update these AI Terms as our AI capabilities, providers, or legal obligations evolve. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, for significant changes, by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the AI Coaching Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
